Summary
Headed out to the west coast to feature Tim Hollingsworth, award winning chef and owner of Otium in LA. Tim was Chef de Cuisine at the three michelin star restaurant The French Laundry before pursuing a path of his own. That journey led him to being our next OXO Chef in Residence. We spent time with Tim and his family at his home and urban garden in the hills of LA and then he showed us around his beautiful restaurant Otium. An incredible experience, and another successful collaboration between Team NewLeaf and Theo Darling.
