The final installment of our Chef in Residence series for OXO and another great collaboration with our friends at Theo Darling and our frequent partner Nathaniel Hansen. From the tranquil woods of the upper northwest to its vibrant urban atmosphere, Portland was the perfect backdrop for Gregory’s story. We’re excited every time we visit this great city and can’t wait to go back.
