Our favorite part of what we do is meeting new people and learning what they’re all about. This one was especially memorable—because the folks at Shamrock Farms are truly salt of the earth. Real, genuine, an absolute joy to be around—and also really, really hardworking. Documentary director Nathaniel Hansen has a gift for finding the good ones, and this time was no different.
This short documentary offers a heartfelt look at the people behind one of Arizona’s most iconic dairies—told through the voices of farm managers, milk haulers, cheesemakers, and more. It’s a tribute to dedication, teamwork, and the quiet heroes who keep things moving, with the brand stepping back to let its people shine.
We brought our Boston crew out to the desert, teamed up with a stellar Phoenix team, and went all out on a remote production—filming on farms, fields and factories. Nathaniel brought the story to life, capturing the soul behind the product and the people who make it happen.
